The name LILA for the new restaurant project on Sretenka was not chosen by chance: in the language of philosophy it means a way of knowing one’s own self, liberation from illusions and a way of observing the random laws of life.
These ideas formed the basis of the LILA restaurant. The large-scale project of the restaurant holding gt.group (by Galaktion and Elina Tabidze) includes LILA Pastry, pan-Asian restaurant LILA Asia and LILA Greece summer terrace.
Art of Pastry
In February 2021, LILA Pastry opened its doors on the ground floor of the two-storied LILA mansion, located on the historic street of Moscow — Sretenka.
The main focus at LILA Pastry is on desserts, there is also a main menu and breakfasts.
The interior of LILA Pastry is “luxurious minimalism” — light and spacious, with a predominance of pastel colors:everything is thought out in such a way as to focus attention on the magnificence and uniqueness of desserts.

Responsible for them is LILA pastry chef Aleksey Bratashov, who also holds this position in other well-known gt.group projects, such as “Atelier de Tartelettes”, “The Same Croissant”.
Renowned French pastry chef Gregory Doyen was invited as the guest brand chef for the project.
“The desserts presented at LILA Pastry are classics with a modern twist with a strong French accent. We use the most modern techniques and ingredients in their creation, — says Aleksey Bratashov. “Our goal is to present guests with pastry products that are different from those found in other our projects, although some items are repeated, but each of them has its own distinctive taste”.
The Pastry menu offers a variety of desserts, pastries, hot and cold drinks. There are also vegan and lactose free items.
Marshmallow — raspberries, cherries, red currants, whipped ganache with mascarpone, almond biscuit and shortbread dough. Decorated with marshmallows and food gold;
Dessert “Potato” — filling of orange-tangerine and condensed milk, covered with sponge cake powder and whipped vanilla ganache;
Paris-Brest — choux pastry with almond and hazelnut praline, muslin and praline cream. Decorated with roasted almonds and hazelnuts;
Pistachio — cream, biscuit, praline and a crispy pistachio layer covered with pistachio chocolate glaze;
Strawberry — strawberry filling, whipped ganache with mascarpone. Decorated with meringue and fresh berries;
Chocolate — chocolate sponge cake, chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate icing and chocolate petals;

“Seasonal items change once a month depending on the ingredients”, — continues Aleksey. “We also have desserts for the holidays to suit every occasion.
At LILA Pastry we have much more opportunities to fulfill our fantasies”.
The cost of all desserts is 490 rub
Lila Pastry also offers sliced cakes positions that are also inspired by the timeless French classics.
Carrot cake — a sponge cake with carrots and walnuts, muslin cream, decorated with carrot jelly, raisins and hazelnuts;
“We use carrot pomace in the carrot cake, as according to Gregory Doyen most of vitamins and flavor is in it”, — continues Aleksey, “we also use some fresh carrots and carrot juice. Thanks to this, the cake is distinguished by its intense taste and delicate texture”.
Pavlova cake — red berry mousse, whipped ganache, meringue;
Flan — a classic French shortcrust pastry dessert with vanilla cream and caramel glaze;
Tropezienne cake — brioche with mascarpone cream, topped with crumble with almonds and chocolate decor;
Classic French puff pastry with baked apples — Tart Taten. Pink Lady apples variety are used for it, because according to pastry masters “pink apples are much juicier than green ones, thanks to them the tart acquires its special aroma and taste”.
All sliced cakes — 450 rub / piece
From drinks — a large assortment of classic teas, coffee, as well as signature drinks.
Asian Flow
If you are looking for hotter sensations, the Pan-Asian restaurant LILA Asia is located on the same floor in the opposite wing of the LILA mansion.
The kitchen is headed by Andrey Titov, who focused on the author’s Asian cuisine in a new interpretation with elements of junk food, sushi bar and the use of modern techniques and combinations.
There is a story about the split of the continents in the interior of the restaurant — the Earth before the beginning of time, before man began to “rule” on it.
This idea is reflected in every element of the interior: massive wooden furniture — wandering continents, a wall imitating the smooth surface of water, and the installation in the form of lamps on the ceiling — a fantasy on the theme of prehistoric animals.
Plunging into the mysterious atmosphere of LILA Asia, you can enjoy dishes that reflect the mood of the restaurant.
Hand rolls are recommended from cold starters — Crab (640 rub);
Or Sashimi Sweet shrimp (690 rub);
Another interesting starter — Tartar salmon, yellow pepper, gaban (690 rub)
Among drinks, in addition to classic alcoholic drinks, guests will be offered several types of Japanese sake — Kaori Junmai Ginjo Premium will be an ideal match for cold appetizers.
