ES FUM
Connoisseurs and gourmets from all over the world come to dine at ES FUM restaurant, which has reopened its doors after a complete renovation. The interior design was completed by London-based architecture firm HKS.
The intimate atmosphere and elegant dark wood decor of the restaurant lead to a light-coloured colonnade terrace, where tables are set over a lush, luxurious garden that slopes down to the sea.
ES FUM was awarded a Michelin star for the first time in November 2011. But there’s no resting on the laurels here — the restaurant is constantly developing and delivering more surprising and creative experiences.

The restaurant only serves dinner and does not have an à la carte menu. Miguel Navarro and his team offer the Prix-fix Petite menu and Tasting menu.

The bar is the heart of each and every St. Regis branded property around the world, as cocktail culture is so closely tied to the brand.
Colonel John Jacob Astor IV, founder of the first St. Regis in New York, was known for organizing interesting social events with personalities from the world of art and culture from all over the world — an aspect that he shares with Mallorca — known for being the refuge of a multitude of artists (Chopin, Joan Miró) and intellectuals (George Sand, Jorge Luis Borges or Agatha Christie).
Precisely because of this cultural background of artistic encounters that both the St. Regis brand and the island of Mallorca have, Lázaro Rosa-Violán (famous spanish interior designer) suggested the “Artists Bar” as a concept for the redesign of St. Regis Bar — not only because of the works of art that were going to surround the space, but also because of the inspiring atmosphere that they wanted to generate.
To do this, the bar is given the most prominent place in the hotel lobby, as a space for communication, and in the warm season you can sit on the magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the gardens.
Here you can enjoy refreshing, elegant and classic cocktails, cold and hot appetizers. Wide offer of Bloody Mary cocktail variations, including legendary Mardavall Pepper Snapper.
