Concern Paulig is one of the oldest family-owned companies in the food industry in Finland, founded in 1876 in Helsinki by German-born Gustav Wilhelm Paulig. The Paulig concern has reached a global scale and operates in thirteen Nordic countries, the Baltic States, Russia, Central Europe and the UK.
Paulig Kulma is part of the Paulig coffee division with its largest roaster in Vuosaari, where about 45 million kilograms of coffee are roasted annually.

There is the famous Bertha pure biogas roaster on the ground floor of the café, where the head roaster Tomi roasts beans for the Café.

The entire range of Paulig Kulma Tomi develops together with the Paulig purchasing department and constantly follows the trends of the coffee world. This is reflected in both the choice and the way the coffee is roasted.

Jori will tell you about all the intricacies of making coffee and teach you different ways of brewing it — from manual filtration to machine.
