Tallink Megastar comfortably transports passengers from Helsinki to Tallinn and back. Just a couple of hours and you are already walking around a neighboring friendly country or vice versa returning home.
Tallink Megastar makes three round-trips a day and is one of the most popular means of transportation between the two countries. Tallink Megastar is a passenger ferry owned by the Estonian company Tallink, which was constructed at Meyer Turku shipyard in January 2017. The big advantage is that the liner runs on liquefied natural gas, which makes it environmentally friendly. There are no traditional lifeboats on board, only gas-filled liferafts and a few MOB boats.
On board the ship, in addition to the usual seats (basic ticket price of 33 € / per person), there is a spacious Business area where, relaxing in soft chairs, you can endlessly watch eye-catching seaview. Lounge access can be purchased for an additional cost of 65 € / per person.

While being at Business Lounge, you are offered a buffet with an abundance of different snacks and delicacies served depending on the time of day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
The assortment of the offered items is very diverse: cold cuts (meat, fish, seafood), hot main dishes (fish, meat, poultry), gourmet cheese, vegetables, fruits, jams, honey and desserts.
Beverage selection — tea, coffee, cocoa, various juices and water. Alcoholic drinks are also included in the package and it’s a pure embarrassment of riches: huge selection of drinks from world leading brands — gin, whiskey, cognac, liqueur, sparkling, white and red wines.
Passengers of Tallink Megastar have and opportunity to shop in the duty-free zone on board the ship, where, in addition to food, alcohol, cigarettes, is a large selection of perfumes and cosmetics as well as clothes and various souvenirs for adults and children. Business Lounge customers traveling with a car have Priority Car service included in the ticket price, which allows them to be among the first to drive off the vessel at its destination.
