Marc Fosh is one of the most interesting and creative culinary experts in Europe and undoubtedly one of the UK’s most successful culinary exporters.
Living and working in Spain since 1991, he has developed his own unique gastronomic style, focusing on fresh ingredients and quality products, which he adds a touch of inspirational genius to. In 2002 Marc became the first and only British chef to be awarded a Michelin star in Spain.
Marc Fosh recently published his first cookbook titled “Modern Mediterranean Sundrenched Recipes from Mallorca and Beyond”, which takes you on a journey through the abundance of Mediterranean foods and shows you how to use their flavors in new exciting ways.
Marc’s tasting menu is full of originality and creativity, inspired by ideas and recipes from all over the Mediterranean, featuring the best local produce from the Balearic Islands.

THE ART BAR — Exclusivity in Drinks
Previously, the space of the bar was occupied by the refectory of the monastery.
Today it is a multifunctional space: an exhibition hall and a bar where you can behold art and enjoy an excellent drink or creative cocktail.
As for the artistic side, the Art Bar presents works by contemporary artists from a wide range of fields: photography, painting, ceramics and sculpture.
