THE ONE RESTAURANT
One of the top spaces of the TIVOLI CARVOEIRO in terms of gastronomy is the restaurant The One, where Executive chef Bruno Augusto gives free rein to creativity, with the sea as a backdrop.
A recently updated menu includes novelties where local ingredients and sustainability stand out, such as the Sarrajão fillet braised with cucumber and celery caviar, clarified gazpacho and seaweed or Turbot in the oven. Meat lovers have several options such as Tomahawk steak or wild boar loin.
For a more complete experience, the chef suggests the tasting menu with a pairing of wines selected by the sommelier Francisco Meira, where regional wines from the Algarve are the main stars. Vegetarian menu is also available with wine paring.

SKY BAR
Sky Bar Carvoeiro offers signature cocktails with the cliffs and the sea on background, at sunset or under the starlight, where a relaxed atmosphere reigns and live music sounds.
The Sky Bar team invites to try new signature cocktails, such as Madame Pear (Beefeater, St. Germain, sugar syrup, lime, pear juice) or spicy-smokey cocktail based on tequila, mescal with scent of chili.
For champagne lovers there is a perfect combination – Sky Royal.
Comprising a selection of seafood, such as boiled shrimp, stuffed crab and Ria Formosa oysters, accompanied by a bottle of Perrier-Jouët.

The Sky Bar Carvoeiro is open every day and features a DJ and live musical performances from Thursday to Sunday.
