A NOMADIC TASTE OF EUROPEAN FLAVOUR

Gazing through the sugar-dusted looking glass at the continent’s latest fare flings and hedonistic voyages…

Diving palate first into the utopian Hamburg delight that is Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, the coveted property — saluted as the epitome of European grand hospitality — is launching a high tea inspired by the four seasons. Two courses are presented on the finest Dibbern porcelain — the distinguished German house renowned for its exceptional fine bone china — designed specifically for the hotel. The new offering nests alongside the establishment’s copious gastronomic destinations from the Japanese-Peruvian NIKKEI NINE to acclaimed cocktail haven Jahreszeiten Bar to two Michelin starred Haerlin under the inimitable Christopher Rüffer.

Meanwhile, British luxury car manufacturer Bentley Motors has been elevating its reputation in the wanderlust realm with the brand’s Extraordinary Journeys, offering voyages across the crisp cliff tops and Edenic landscapes of Scandinavia, Scotland and more. The motoring maison has also recently unveiled a bespoke Koa veneer surfboard visualised with Marnie Rays retreats — located in Ericeira, Portugal and beyond — and embodying the spirit of adventure and pure craftsmanship. The board is handcrafted from the same woodshop usually reserved for building the interiors of the globe’s most desirable high performance grand tourers.

Veering to London, an undeniable eruption of post political flump fizz is amongst us. In the capital centre, Marylebone stoppers can live like a local through the region’s dining culture fusion, with a delectable bite at the new Josephine post fitted with an Oyster bar and French classicism, wrapped in a melodic bow through a symphonic immersion at esteemed piano house, Steinway & Sons, situated on Marylebone Lane.

Over to West Wimbledon, where a THINK PINK soirée is in the works for International Women’s Day 2026, whereby influential women will be dusting off their wedding dresses for a celebratory Pink Party. Amidst fizz and fondants, the London event will raise the dialogue on the controversy of pink and the re-appropriation of the ‘feminine’ shade, whilst performing as a platform to announce the results of a charity auction of a bespoke bridal fashion piece.
