The Mediterranean-style restaurant Cleo’s Table is one of the most attractive gastronomic places of Caesars Bluewaters Dubai — the latest resort of the world-famous five-star “Caesars” chain.
Besides the main menu, excellent brunches “Cleo’s Feast” take place every Saturday from 12:00 to 15:00.

All dishes are developed by the restaurant Head Chef Salvador Estanc as well as some interior elements (neon lights on tables, small fountains in the serving area etc.) designed & created by him expressing a special love for this project.
Cold snacks come first: separate display case with hard and soft gourmet cheeses and Italian cold meats supplemented with dried fruits, caramelized nuts, jams or chutney.
At your request the restaurant stuff will collect a tasting plate and serve it directly to your table.
Fresh vegetables, green salads with various toppings: shrimps, avocado, pomegranate seeds, salmon. Here are popular Italian style Salad with pasta, Caprese, String bean salad with chickpeas and slices of Parma ham, spicy Beetroot salad with tangerine and radicchio, grilled Broccoli, perfect Beetroot hummus, Cole Slow etc.
You can add a tangy dressing to any salad: honey, citrus, mustard, pesto, butter and balsamic sauces. As well as pumpkin seeds, cheese slices, olives, pickles, dried fruits and nuts.
Main courses are even more attractive and mouth-watering. In addition to the assortment, soup of the day with croutons or crackers is always on the menu.
Roasted beef, Grilled salmon in orange glaze with coriander and vegetables, Orzo with shrimp and vegetables, Baked potato with golden brown crust, eggplant Parmigiana or appetizing Chicken in citrus sauce.
And huge Paella’s seafood dish invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean feast.
Guests are also offered a special “Pizza on the Wood” from the famous Cleo’s Table stone oven: Salami, Margarita, Four Cheese, Mushroom. Here you can also find French Quiche with a juicy cheese filling and a “sandy” crust.
The bread “stand” is rich in fresh pastries: vegetable Focaccia, Danish puff pastries with tomatoes, Focacciola with cheese and jalapenos, Bavarian Pretzel, rye and wheat buns, crispy sticks with sesame seeds and much more.
At the end of Saturday’s meal breathtaking desserts are waiting for their admirers. Here on special “pedestals” you will find a true sweet paradise created by the hotel’s pastry chef Julien Gremiglier.
Berry and fruit tarts, Apple pie, Banana muffin, Chocolate cake, Nougat roll, Berry Cheesecake, famous Spanish Churros with chocolate sauce, French St. Honore, Italian Tiramisu.
Pistachio cookies, Biscotti with caramel or vanilla sauce, macaroons and huge “marble” Meringues.
Assorted fruits and freshly squeezed juices accompany your meal throughout the lunch.
White/red wine or beer is also offered for a light weekend booze. Also you can try author’s cocktail mixes at special prices.
In addition to the traditional aromatic coffee, Arabic tea with peppermint will be brought to sweet table.
The waiter will demonstrate a small performance as a kind of compliment.
The cost of brunch for one person with soft drinks is 300 AED, with homemade wine or beer – 400 AED.
