In February 2020, JORD Restaurant was awarded the Michelin Guide Sustainability Award as one of Scandinavia’s Best Organic Restaurants.
Sommelier of the restaurant Linda Stenman-Langhoff and Head chef Filip Langhoff are the main conductors on the JORD stage, which continue to amaze guests with the laconicism of the dishes and harmoniously selected wines.
To get acquainted with the concept of JORD, the friendly restaurant team in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere invites guests to taste the author’s menu — Chefs Choice, which is presented in 7 courses — Chefs Menu 64 €, or a shorter 4-course interpretation — Small Chefs Menu 51 €, both of which are prepared from the finest ingredients and vary with the seasonality. All raw products used in the JORD kitchen come from small private farms in Finland and the Scandinavian countries.
Linda offers to start the evening with a glass of champagne — Bourgeois-Diaz BD´n Blanc de Noirs, Marne, Pinot Noir, which will make a special impression on connoisseurs of champagne.
At the same time you’ll be offered a complimentary Bread basket with JORD Sourdough bread served with house butter to start.
The first coming appetizer is Ricotta, pear, Brazil nut.

The next dish from the chef is Creamy Crayfish Soup with Pickled Carrot & Panfried Icelandic Langoustine.
It’s tanginess and originality will be emphasized by dry white wine Clos de la Crochette Måcon-Chardonnay 2018, France.
The main dish is Pike perch fillet, celerypyre, red wine sauce.
Accompanied by red wine Friedrich Becker Pinot Noir 2014, Pfalz, Germany.
The gastronomic evening ends with a dessert — Pancake, blueberry, spruce sprouts.
