“Christmas in Martesana is always a good excuse to innovate following trends and moreover listeing to our consumers, — says Vincenzo Santoro. — Thanks to our 4 pastry shops and our active on line community we collected our consumers opinions and created two brand new kind of Panettone, one of which is Panettone Chocolate ‘Amedei’ — a product dedicated to all of those people who looks for a refined, full bodied and outstanding chocolate taste. This is our first experience with the Amedei brand, but we hope to continue this kind of collaboration with other products.”
