“I started my career in MO Munich, it was a very first hotel on my professional journey. Then, after finishing the Army service I realized that I want to tie up my life with hospitality business and went to London to work at the hotel, after returned back to Copenhagen, — says Uffe. — Studying and same time working at the Radisson Hotel (just across the street from Nimb), I was growing my experience in this area. Some years after I learned about Les Clefs d’Or and was really excited about the opportunity of becoming a part of this association. I started as a regular member, and then after successfully passing all the required tasks I received the “sign of pride” — golden keys. So far I’ve been with the community for 6 years. Les Clefs d’Or is a friendly network of passionate people, we help to develop things together, growing in the industry. We frequently travel the world in order to discover different directions and share the experience between members. Also every month we gather for board meetings to discuss the future strategies, plans, etc. As a President of Les Clefs d’Or here in Denmark I’m privileged to create and organize different kind of cultural events, involving local gastronomy, music and arts. When we face so many guests here every day, it’s important to properly guide them through the city life and highlights. Our mission here is to facilitate guests experience sharing the most relevant information on everything”.

The elegant Junior Suite is one of the best rooms in the hotel with a beautiful view of Tivoli Park. The room features antique furniture, a spacious four-poster bed, a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace, original artwork and the latest technology from Bang & Olufsen, a minibar, tea and coffee station.
The bathroom is spacious and bright, with a double sink and shower, as well as a free-standing bathtub.

Gourmet Dinner
In the evening Nimb Brasserie offers a relaxing mood and culinary delights prepared with great care. Much attention is paid to organic and local products, as well as seasonal ones.
You will also be offered a wine list with many tempting fine items from all over the world.

Between meals, you escape to the terrace and admire the delightful illumination of the main facade, where many small lights emphasize all the grandeur of this fabulous castle.

Magic of NIMB BAR
Staying at NIMB Hotel, it’s impossible to pass by the historic ballroom with crystal chandeliers, where one of the most beautiful bars not only of the hotel, but also of the city is located.
The bar, designed by Hans Wegner, offers afternoon tea and excellent coffee throughout the day.
And from 5 p.m. daily talented bartenders start preparing fancy and extraordinary cocktails, inspired by the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen, who visited the Tivoli Gardens in 1843.
The Nimb Bar team studied the whims of the famous Danish storyteller and created a cocktail list of 13 superbly crafted cocktails with clear references to his immortal tales. The cocktail card is crafted as a Book of Andersen’s fairy tales.
The Nightingale — Jinzu gin, violet liqueur, bell pepper and raspberry honegar, pear, lemon. This cocktail is inspired by the fairy tale “The Nightingale”, which describes the imperial gardens.
The Bottle Neck — Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Banane du Brésil, champagne and Sweet French Tea cordial, volcanic salt solution, ginger ale
