Presented as an urban work of art, the entire One Za’abeel complex, designed by world-renowned architecture studio Nikken Sekkei, exemplifies a bold and innovative approach to architecture — its two towers are connected by The Link, the world’s longest horizontal pavilion bridge, soaring 100 metres above the ground.
The project was created by eminent designer Jean-Michel Gathy, inspired by the history of the Za’abeel neighbourhood (‘Za’abeel’ means ‘white sand’ in the local language). The history of this place permeates every detail of the resort, expressed in its soothing colour palette and subtle sand motifs on fabrics, artwork, lighting and furniture.

Designed with the signature ONE&ONLY ONE ZA’ABEEL concept in mind, all rooms, suites and penthouse suites are among the largest in Dubai, combining the perfect balance of spaciousness and privacy.
The superior rooms feature exceptional amenities and the highest level of comfort to fulfil the needs of the most discerning guests. There is also a unique series of corner suites, some of which have their own massage and spa space, as well as separate meditation and exercise areas.

CULINARY EXCELLENCE
ONE&ONLY ONE ZA’ABEEL offers to plunge into an incredible gastronomic journey, where 12 culinary concepts await guests, including exquisite Japanese, French, Thai, Indonesian cuisine, as well as the bright flavours of the Middle East, Turkey, Arabian Peninsula, presented at two gastronomic venues — The Link and The Garden.
The Link is the resort’s main gastronomic space, where unrivalled Michelin-starred chefs (Anne-Sophie Pic, Bo Songvisava, Dylan Jones, Mehmet Gürs, Tetusya Wakuda and others) create the most exciting flavors.
You can also start your day with sumptuous breakfasts served in two restaurants, Arrazuna and Aelia. Breakfasts are served in buffet style with an amazing range of cold cuts, salads, fruits, local specialities, pastries, drinks.
À la carte menus available at both restaurants, offering a vide selection of morning meals — eggs, toasts, waffles, pancakes, Asian, Arabic and Indian specialties and more.
VIP guests have access to an even more luxurious breakfast served on Level 53.
Here in a relaxed ambience, in addition to all the delicacies from the buffet and à la carte, champagne and caviar are to complement your morning meal.
In the evening, the choice is up to the guest — each venue promises many interesting and unusual offers.
We stopped by the already familiar Turkish and Middle Eastern restaurant Arrazuna to get a little closer to the cuisine of acclaimed Finnish-Turkish chef Mehmet Gürs.

Another highlight of the resort is the tropical oasis, The Garden, located on the fourth level of the resort, which is a space of tranquillity that brings beauty and harmony to the ONE&ONLY ONE ZA’ABEEL atmosphere.
Lush vegetation, a lagoon-like pool, a bar and, of course, the unique StreetXO restaurant by renowned Spanish chef Dabiz Muñoz, who always knows how to surprise guests with his culinary creations.
