Based on traditional Mediterranean and Spanish dishes, the SUCULENT restaurant is characterized by strong and rich flavors, with special emphasis on sauces and broths, because in the end everything finishes with a dunk until there is not a single drop left on the plate.
Restaurant SUCULENT is located in the heart of one of the oldest districts of Barcelona, Rambla Del Raval.
GASTRONOMIC GEM OF RAMBLA
The creators of SUCULENT, in order to preserve the history of the old Cellar, which was in this place before the opening of the restaurant, tried to restore most of the interior, including the furniture, giving them a modern look. The restaurant has two halls and a bar area.
As far as SUCULENT cuisine goes, it’s classic Spanish and Mediterranean dishes prepared in an exquisite manner with modern technology that further enhances raw ingredients.
