The legendary five-star DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES, repeatedly voted one of the most beautiful hotels in the world and the flagship of Relais & Châteaux establishments, reflects a refined French art of living with unparalleled service and the highest attention to every detail that will make every stay unforgettable.
DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES is located in the heart of Reims on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Saint-Nicaise Hill, overlooking the dome of Saint-Rémy Basilica on one side and Reims Cathedral on the other.
PIECE OF HISTORY
The historic building DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES is a majestic chateau designed by Jules-Edouard Redont, spread around seven hectares of landscaped nature between Lebanese cedars and hundred-year-old boxwood, beds of more than 3000 bulbs and flowers renewed every season.
Built on the initiative of the Marquise de Polignac, a passionate architect, the pure mansart castle was completed in 1904 and has the most beautiful view of the city and Mount Reims. It is currently the property of the Gardinier family.
ART & LIFESTYLE
Completely furnished by one of the greatest names in the classical style, interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon, DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES recreates and modernizes the Chateau-style in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
The décor pays homage to beautiful fabrics and patterned wallpapers taken from the historical archives of Pierre Frey and antique furniture, the so-called French je-ne-sais-quoi.
DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES has received numerous awards from international newspapers and magazines for its delicate balance between the unique charm of a historic home and the charm of a hotel of its time. It aims to offer a journey through time and, in particular, “to Champagne”, with all the rules of today’s hospitality, both chic and sensitive.
Each guest is greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and a sweet compliment upon arrival at the hotel.
“20 KEYS” FOR LUXURY LIVING
The hotel presents twenty rooms and suites, each named after the seat of the Empress, Queen or Princess of Europe, and decorated with attention to detail in the purest classic French style with its inherent luxury, elegance and intimacy.
All rooms are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation: high-speed Internet, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV.
Beautiful bathrooms are equipped with all accessories and premium Hermès and Guerlain perfumes.
GOURMAND ESCAPE
DOMAINE LES CRAYÈRES is famous for its rich variety of gastronomic places.
One of the most elegant and refined restaurants not only in Reims but in France Le Parc, awarded with two Michelin stars, is located here. Brasserie Le Jardin, another gastronomic restaurant of LES CRAYÈRES, offers a dual vibe between its pastoral terrace unlike any other in Reims and a huge loft building designed in a decidedly modern style around an open kitchen. The cuisine of both restaurants is managed by Head chef Philippe Mille.

LA ROTONDE — BAR WITH A BRITISH ACCENT
This bar with the atmosphere of an English gentlemen’s club strives to create unique moments daily.
During the day, the view from the windows overlooking the park is exquisitely spectacular. And at night, under the stars, with a glass of champagne, it shares the pleasure of jazz music or other styles of concerts in honor of the most famous sparkling wines.
Mahogany and tartan decor make La Rotonde a mythical place with a unique atmosphere — half gentlemen’s club, half French conservatory. During cold weather, it’s pleasant to warm up here in a hollow made of silky velvet and natural Ralph Lauren wool, and in summer — relaxing on a magnificent terrace, overlooking the gardens kissed by bright sunsets.

The choice of spirits is at the discretion of the most demanding connoisseurs: very rare cognac spirits, such as those produced at the Tyrolean Rochelt distillery, signature cocktails, vintage wines and, of course, champagne, which is presented in the most diverse assortment.
