“The whole team of our hotel approaches the stay of each guest with special attention and trepidation. Our goal is to identify each guest and provide him with our unique personalized service, — says Hotel manager Francisco Garcia. — We take into account all the individual characteristics and preferences of the guest, “read his DNA” — national and cultural characteristics, habits, hobbies, trying to provide services that correspond to these aspects. If a guest is already a regular customer of Mandarin Oriental network, or even has stayed with us before, we collect all the necessary data based on previous stays and prepare everything accordingly in advance for his arrival. To this end, much attention is paid to staff training for advanced performance. We also build a strong connection with young generations, offering to join Mandarin Oriental scholarship for studying hospitality business and receiving potential job and further professional growth within our group.”
