Life is absolutely always in full-on, non-stop, breathtaking swing around here — beautiful, elegant and fiery, and on weekends the most epic parties in the entire city explode into existence. A whirlwind of glamour and excitement that you simply cannot miss!








The interior exudes luxury and elegance, featuring hand-painted walls adorned with intricate bas-reliefs of exotic animals. Custom-made tableware and carefully selected cutlery add to the ambiance, while attentive and friendly staff contribute to the relaxed and homely atmosphere.

Less than a year ago we first discovered NAHATÉ and met the dynamic and creative duo behind it, Sam and Jenya. We were literally blown away — and we counted down the days to our next encounter, giddy with anticipation for the new emotions it would unleash.

Here we are once again, straight into the renowned party and immersed in the vibrant nightlife of Dubai. The golden bubbles of Dom Perignon dance in the crystal glasses of the legendary French brand Baccarat. Culinary mastery shines against the backdrop of elegance, the music thumps louder, the energy surges, and the atmosphere ignites.

The food at NAHATÉ is nothing short of a culinary odyssey, an explosive fusion where the elegant flair of French cuisine collides spectacularly with the electrifying, bold flavors of Asia and the Middle East.







Heading up the kitchen are world-class chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Reif Othman, who recently joined the team. They surprise their guests with their delicious dishes, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients, infused with great soul and love.
We began our journey with the Raw bar section:

All these luxurious bites start shimmering, perfectly synchronized with the luxurious pop of Dom Perignon, making a party in your mouth.
The freshly baked bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, was an irresistible temptation. Selection of flavors catered to every palate, making it a must-try for any bread lover.

We absolutely dove headfirst into a culinary adventure, sampling new dishes on the menu from various sections of the menu, from pizza and pasta to the mains. An audacity of bold combinations made it feel like a culinary rollercoaster.



CAVIAR PIZZA — parmesan e pecorino sauce, mozzarella, stracciatella, chives and caviar (450 AED)
Caviar, an integral part of the dining experience here, elevates the meal to a royal feast. You become the king or queen of this extravagant kingdom, savoring a culinary experience you’ll long to enjoy.

LORD OF THE LOBSTER — spaghetti with lobster, creamy bisque, lobster foam (390 AED)

HOLY SHELLS! — hard grain pasta with Mediterranean clams, coconut and lemongrass sauce (220 AED)
A fish dish that was nothing short of a masterpiece, leaving us in awe of its exquisite flavors and presentation.
THE CODFATHER — miso-marinated black cod, citrussy wasabi sauce (190 AED)
A delightful and piquant side dish that enhances the flavor of fish:

TRUFFLE & CAVIAR MASHED POTATOES — potatoes, caviar, black truffle (360 AED)
Having delved deeply into the intricate tapestry of the cocktail menu, created by head bartender Andrey Bolshakov, during our first visit, we decided to try this time one of the guest favorite:

PASSION — Siberian Express vodka, sparkling wine, kaffir, vanilla, passion fruit (105 AED)
Extravagant desserts were set to cap off this opulent meal before the party kicked off.

The FRUIT PLATTER with seasonal berries (from 75 AED/100 g) was a perfect complement to Don Julio 1942 Special NAHATÉ edition.
